I let Allie dip some fries in ketchup yesterday. She loved it! She would dip the fry in ketchup and suck the ketchup off the fry. Hope I haven't started a habbit.

I started that with Kynsley too. She gradually progressed from sucking the ketchup off to actually eating the fry. Now she has to "dip,dip" everything! I even caught her dipping her bug bite cookies into the Zaxby's sauce. It makes it easier for feeding though. I just have to come up with a dipping sauce for every meal and she's happy to feed herself.
